Fitness Facts
| FAQ's Q: How do most schools pay for Children's Fitness? A: It depends on your budget and allocation of fees collected from parents. Schools that choose a center wide enrichment program option typically charge an “activity fee” and include Children's Fitness in the price. Some have an ancillary fund or allocated money for curriculum of supplies, and schools can incorporate Children's Fitness at the time of a scheduled tuition increase. This shows parents you are not just raising rates, but adding value to your program.
Q: We have a dance and/or gymnastic program. How is Children's Fitness different? A: Although dance, gymnastics, karate, music, and other programs focus on skills such as large and gross motor development, balance, coordination, and rhythm, Children's Fitness combines ALL of these elements in one class. There’s no waiting in line – 100% of the kids MOVE 100% of the class time. Also, there are no registration or expensive recital fees.
Q: I’m not sure we have the room for fitness classes. How could this work? A: Few preschools have a gymnasium or an activity room. All we need is a classroom – you certainly have that. Kids only need to be able to stand at arm’s distance. We simply move any obstacles out of the way.
Q: Our program revolves around themed units. Can your classes coordinate with our themes? A: Absolutely! Ocean, Farm, Jungle, Transportation,
Weather, Western, Workers – you name the theme, we’ll create a class to match
it!
